BLINKS Alert! New Poster of Upcoming ‘BLACKPINK X PUBG’ In-game is Out!

With the date of the concert inching closer, BLINKS and gaming enthusiasts can’t help but feel excited about the girls coming together and performing after a long time. For those who are unaware, BLACKPINK recently collaborated with PUBG Mobile where the quartet will be ruling the gaming platform by holding an in-game concert for their fans.

The BLACKPINK X PUBG MOBILE 2022 IN-GAME CONCERT: [THE VIRTUAL] will start on July 22. To pump the excitement, PUBG Mobile’s official Twitter account recently dropped a poster for the concert, and needless to say, it looks really cool. The recent unveiling of the concert’s poster has gained a lot of attention on social media. The tweet displays a black and pink poster with the silhouette of the girls. Titled “Just two more days! Hang in there BLINKS!” it sure lives up to the hype.

Official dates of the concert  

The ‘BLACKPINK x PUBG Mobile 2022 In-Game Concert: The Virtual’ will be available in North and South America from July 22-23 till July 29-30 and for all other regions from July 23-24, and from July 30-31 

The in-game concert will feature 3-D avatar versions of BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa, plus dynamic sounds and stage effects, and more. BLACKPINK also plan on revealing a special track for the first time during their first ever in-game concert, ‘The Virtual’.  

What is BLACKPINK up to?  

At the in-game concert, Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé, and Lisa will perform in 3-D avatars and with dynamic audio and visual effects. Additionally, Blackpink plans to debut a new song at The Virtual. The girls will cover the North-South American leg of the tour from 22nd-23rd until 29th-30th July and the rest of the world from 23rd-24th and 30th-31st July. Previously, Blackpink announced a comeback in August. The girls are currently recording and will shoot their videos within July to release by the end of July.   

Meanwhile, Jennie is making headlines with her Hollywood debut on the HBO Max television series The Idol. This new series was created by the Canadian pop star Abel Tesfaye, better known as The Weeknd. Sam Levison and Reza Fahim are co-creators. The story revolves around a self-help guru and the head of a trendy cult who has a complicated relationship with a budding pop star. In the supporting roles, Troye Sivan, Steve Zissis, and Juliebeth Gonzalez will appear, along with The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp.
