Senseforth.ai Raises $14 million from Fractal to Expand Globally

Senseforth.ai, a conversational AI leader, recently announced that they have raised an investment of $14 million from Fractal.  

With this investment, Senseforth.ai will expand its footprint across Fractal’s client base globally. This investment will strengthen conversational AI offerings of Fract.al  

Senseforth.ai’s patented zero-code platform A.ware has won several awards. The platform automates customer experience across digital touchpoints to build, train, deploy, and scale conversational AI solutions. This in turn helps enterprises globally to reduce costs, drive revenue, and increase operational efficiency.   

It is estimated that, by 2022, conversational AI will handle 30% of customer experiences which will be a 3% increase from 2017.
