Foxconn’s Q4 Revenue Surges 22% On Strong AI Demand

World’s largest contract manufacturer Foxconn has reported 22.07% revenue growth in the fourth quarter of the 2025 fiscal year. According to Yahoo Finance, Foxconn’s Q4 revenue surge was driven by strong global demand for AI products. Foxconn, which is NVIDIA’s largest server maker, reported $82.73 billion (T$ 2.6028 trillion) in Q4 revenue.
Q4 Revenue Surpassed Analyst Predictions
Foxconn’s Q4 earnings topped the LSEG’s projections of T$2.418 trillion. According to the company, the fourth-quarter revenue grew on a quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year basis.
Foxconn’s sales record remained steady in 2025.
In August 2025, the Taiwan-based firm reported a 27% surge in its Q2 operating profit year-on-year. At the time, revenue from the company’s AI server business accounted for 41% of the total revenue, surpassing consumer electronics revenue, which stood at 35%.
Foxconn’s record Q4 revenue update comes months after the company secured regulatory approval for a $569 million AI investment in Wisconsin over the next four years. The approval allowed the company to expand operations in its Racine County facility to meet growing AI server demand.
Foxconn Expected AI to Drive Q4 Growth
The company, which is also Apple’s top iPhone assembler, expected revenue from its AI server business to continue growing into the third and fourth-quarter. Demand for AI server rack products is expected to drive performance toward the top of its five-year range, even when measured against a strong fourth-quarter base.
Last year, the contract manufacturer partnered with SoftBank to produce data center equipment at its former electric vehicle factory in Ohio. The initiative is part of the OpenAI-led Stargate project, which is aimed at advancing US AI infrastructure. SoftBank acquired Foxconn’s Ohio plant in August 2025 to enable it to launch data centers for the Stargate project.
How Cloud, Networking Products Drove Q4 Growth
In U.S. dollar terms, Foxconn’s Q4 revenue increase represented growth of 26.4% growth. This growth was fueled by strong performance in its networking and cloud product unit. Revenue from the company’s smart consumer electronics unit, which includes iPhones, dipped slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Foxconn’s December 2025 revenue amounted to T$862.86 billion, representing a 31.77% year-on-year increase. Last year, its stock gained 25.3% in broad alignment with the Taiwan market and rose 1.08% on January 5, 2025. The company does not issue numerical guidance and is scheduled to report fourth-quarter earnings in March 2025.
Last month, the Taiwan-based electronics giant announced plans to invest $510 million in establishing a new headquarters in Kaohsiung, southern Taiwan. The move highlights Foxconn’s strategic expansion into higher-margin technology areas beyond traditional consumer electronics.
