​Jon Handler

Jon Handler is a Senior Principal Solutions Architect at Amazon Web Services, based in Palo Alto, CA. Jon works closely with OpenSearch and Amazon OpenSearch Service, helping a wide range of customers design and run AI-powered search and log analytics workloads on AWS. Before joining AWS, he spent four years as a software developer building a large-scale eCommerce search engine. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University.

Bobby Mohammed

Bobby Mohammed is a Principal Product Manager at AWS, leading product initiatives in Search, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. He has worked across the full machine-learning lifecycle, including data, analytics, and ML features on the Amazon SageMaker platform, as well as deep-learning training and inference products at Intel. Bobby holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
